Fresh out of the South, based in Mckinney, Texas, KellyMarie is an emerging artist to watch. Her music falls under indie-pop genres featuring breezy melodies and hypnotic guitar riffs that highlight KellyMarie’s unique vocal style. Musical influences include Ingrid Michaelson as well as the music she listened to with her dad growing up - including The Beach Boys, Ella Fitzgerald and Fleetwood Mac. Her songwriting is not the only thing impacted by her love for retro music, KellyMarie’s style also reflects this vintage charm.

KellyMarie has relied on songwriting to process change, heartbreak, sadness, beauty and celebration ever since she was doodling lyrics in her notebook as a teenager.

Currently, KellyMarie is working on her first Christian album and has recently released a Christmas single entitled, HEY! A CHILD IS BORN! This track is an upbeat, joyous celebration of the birth of Christ that’ll have audiences singing all season long. And it even features her kids!

KellyMarie’s previous works includes her debut EP, On A Whim (2018) as well as her first full length album, IT IS MY ALBUM. (2023). IT IS MY ALBUM. was written during the 2020 lockdown and is a collection of love songs fully inspired by TV’s, The Office.

In her free time, KellyMarie enjoys spending time in God’s creation gardening and watching for birds and butterflies. She is also found frequenting her favorite thrift shops loves going to escape rooms with her husband. Motherhood is a precious job that KellyMarie cherishes and she loves learning new things about her children every day. Lastly, a good day or bad day is always a reason to enjoy an iced chai latte.
